LO3 Showing Conventions Of The Genre

The Cover
The Similarities; The front covers of both magazines have a full page shot of the particular sport that the magazine is about. Both covers are very simple and minimalisticThe Logo of each magazine is placed in the top corner.
The Differences; The names of the articles are placed/listed differently.

The Editorial
The Similarities; Both editorials are put to the side with a large image taking up most of the space. Shows the most interesting articles in the whole magazine large and visible.
The Differences; In my magazine No picture description. More white space. The colour is less spaced so parts look very bland.

The 2 page spread
The Similarities; Large picture taking up a lot of space. Large title above the article.
The Differences; Article split in to sections and spaced throughout the page. My article also includes several small images. My main image is more action packed than the one from the
    Whitelines magazine.

The role of the editor in the magazine industry is to compose the pages of the magazines and they make sure that its done before the deadline date.

1. What do you want to tell your readers?
I want to tell my readers about parkour events, spots, tricks, news.

2. Whats the strongest article in your magazine?
The strongest article in my magazine will be the parkour news section that will inform readers about things that have happened in the mast month in the parkour community.

3. What experiences brought you to develop this magazine?
I do parkour as a hobby and i have a passion for it so I wish to share this fashion with others who are interested.
